Personal health records, privately held

Your health history,
finally in one place.

Labs, medications, conditions, visits and day-to-day fitness — gathered into one record you own and can actually read. See how a number has moved over ten years, not just what it was at the last appointment.

Built for the questions a portal can’t answer

Most health records are organised around a visit. Yours is organised around you.

Every record, one timeline

Labs, medications, conditions, imaging, visits and providers in a single history — not scattered across portals that each hold one year and one clinic.

Trends that go back years

A result means little on its own. Vital charts each marker over its whole history, so a slow drift is visible long before any single reading looks wrong.

Ask in plain English

Ask how your cholesterol has moved since 2019, or what changed after a medication started. Answers are drawn from your own records, and cite what they came from.

Upload and it sorts itself

Drop in a lab PDF or a visit summary and Vital reads it, pulls out the values, and shows you what it found against the original before anything is saved.

Fitness in the same picture

Apple Health and Strava bring workouts, heart rate, sleep and steps alongside the clinical record — the two halves of your health, finally on one axis.

Share exactly what you choose

Give a doctor or a family member read-only access to your record. They can never change it, and you can revoke access instantly.

Bring your records in from wherever they live

Connect a source and Vital imports from it, skipping anything it has already seen. Every connection is optional and can be disconnected at any time — the app works fully without a single one of them.

The most sensitive data you have, treated that way

Your data is never sold, and never advertised against

There is no advertising business here, and no data broker on the other side of it. Nothing about your health is sold, rented or shared for marketing — ever.

One person's records are invisible to everyone else

Isolation is enforced by the database itself, not only by application code, so a record can only be read by the person it belongs to and anyone they have explicitly shared it with.

You can take it all with you, or delete it outright

Export your entire record as a single archive whenever you like. Delete your account and everything goes — files, records and sign-in — not just a flag on a row.

The details — including which third parties process data on Vital’s behalf, and what happens to information imported from Google — are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Start with one document

Upload a single lab report and you will see the shape of it. Everything else can come later.
